Product Features

1. The function of Galvanizing furnace is to melt down the zinc ingot and to maintain the zinc bath temperature at 450~460°C
2. It consists of a shell made of steel plates and sections, and lined with insulating firebricks backed by insulating boards.
3. The zinc pot is made of welded special low carbon steel plates(AG steel). The flat bottom rests on the refactory health of the Galvanizing furnace.
4. Heating is achieved by diesel oil fired furnace.
